Terms of service

1. Using the service

You may browse WhoShippedToday without an account. Publishing a product, spending Fuel, saving, leaving feedback or reporting requires an account with a confirmed email address.

Accounts are personal. One person may hold one account, and account state (including suspension) is enforced server-side.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting, you grant us a licence to display that content on the site, in link previews and in the permanent archive.

You confirm you have the right to submit the product, its name, logo and screenshots.

3. Acceptable behaviour

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable use policy and the race Rules. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach either.

4. Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Races, rankings and awards may be corrected or recalculated if an error or manipulation is discovered.

5. Fuel

Fuel is a visibility signal inside the daily race. It cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and it has no cash value. There are currently no payments, purchased Fuel, earnings or payouts on the service.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
