Privacy policy

1. Accounts

Creating an account stores your email address, a username, a display name and optional profile details such as an avatar and bio. Email confirmation is required before you can publish, spend Fuel, save, leave feedback or report.

Authentication is handled by our hosting database provider. Passwords are never stored by us in readable form.

2. What is public

Public: your username, display name, avatar, bio, join date, your published products, their launches, Fuel totals, supporter counts, visit counts, awards, and any feedback you post.

Not public: your email address, your account state, which products you saved, and which product you spent your daily Fuel on. Supporter identities are never exposed — only aggregate counts are shown.

3. Product assets

Logos and screenshots you upload are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links. Only you can read the assets of an unpublished product.

4. Fuel, saves, feedback and reports

We record one free Fuel entitlement per account per UTC day and the resulting Fuel transaction, so the race is auditable and cannot be spent twice. Saves, feedback and reports are stored against your account.

5. Outbound visits

When you follow a product link we count the visit using a salted one-way hash that rotates daily. We do not retain your raw IP address or user agent for analytics, and the hash cannot be reversed to identify you.

6. Operational data

Our hosting and database providers process requests and keep short-lived operational logs needed to run and secure the service. We do not run advertising, marketing or third-party analytics scripts, and we do not sell personal data.

7. Moderation

Products are published instantly by verified accounts. We review reports and automatic flags after publication, and may suspend a product or restrict an account. Moderation decisions and administrative actions are recorded in an internal audit log.

8. Payments

There are no payments on the service. We do not collect card details, billing addresses or any financial data.

9. Your choices

You can edit your public profile details at any time from your account. Self-serve data export and account deletion are not built yet; until they are, requests must be handled manually by the operator.
